What to look for?
Comfort comes from ergonomics:
1. Correct anatomical placement of contact points
Different regions of human body have different tolerance levels for pressure, so contact points must be carefully
designed to distribute load onto areas that can naturally bear it.
2. Effective contact area—especially during movement
Larger contact areas can reduce pressure on a single point, but can also cause bulkiness, heat buildup, poor breathability, and friction—so balance is essential. And once you begin moving, human–device micro-shifts occur, the contact area will reduce. Great design should increase dynamic coupling without increasing bulk.

Our waist belt uses a 10-layer composite structure to shift force away from areas that fatigue or bruise easily.
Leg straps taper at the top and widen toward the bottom, with internal plates that spread pressure evenly, to maintain secure contact during movement - unlike traditional straps that lose effective area once you start moving.
No pressure hotspots, no foreign-object sensation, and true long-duration comfort. Hypershell exoskeleton feels less like equipment and more like a natural extension of your body.
